Chicken On A Stick Recipe

 

Ingredients:
3 breasts 3 oz. Boneless Breast Chicken
1 package 10 oz. Bacon center cut
1 large Red Pepper
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce



Directions:
Preparation: Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Cut 4 strips from each of the breast, creating 12 strips. Cut red pepper horizontally into 12 pepper strips over chicken. Using wooden skewer, feed the bacon, chicken and red pepper strips onto skewers. Paint BBQ sauce over each prepared skewer. Marinating over night leads to a more tasty treat!

Grill: Place skewers onto medium high grill. Turn approx. every 3 minutes or until all sides are cooked and browned.

*Serve with an optional dip: Option 1 - using ranch dip/dressing mix, add a light sour cream. Chill. Option 2: Smash ripe avocado. Add some light sour cream, lemon and garlic powder. Mix and chill.
