Art Works opens the new 2010-2011 art season with featured artist, educator and photographer, Elisabeth Flynn-Chapman who returns from her tour of Europe with her camera and fresh photos in hand. The opening reception is on September 24th from 7pm – 10 pm with live music and is free and open to the public.
