The oldest of all Hanover’s parks, this 36 acre park houses the beautiful Hanover Veterans Memorial. Take the opportunity to educate your child about America’s history. To add some excitement, you can help finance the project by donating in exchange for a brick paver. You can even dedicate and inscribe the paver with any U.S. veteran’s name. After your history lesson, your child can enjoy numerous recreational activities such as the ball field, tot-lot, horseshoe pits beach volleyball court or gorgeous walking areas. There’s also a picnic shelter to shade you from the sun, with tables to grab a quick bite.
